1. WHAT IS A DOC CONVERSION API?
Doc Conversion API is a programmable interface that allows you to convert files from one format to another, e.g. A Microsoft Word document into a PDF document.
Using our REST API you can integrate our Doc Conversion API into your apps and offer document conversion functionality inside your applications.
2. CAN I TRY BEFORE I BUY?
Yes, we'd love you to. Just sign up for a free account, try out our API's, we'll also refresh your 100 free credits each month.
3. HOW MUCH DO YOUR API CALLS COST?
One credit per conversion or document view, simple, we don't believe in complex pricing plans.
4. DO I NEED MY CREDIT CARD TO TEST?
No, we only need you to put in your credit card details when you purchase a paid plan. Our payment provider Stripe takes care of the rest.
5. DO UNUSED CREDITS ROLL OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH
No, credits are renewed monthly, we do not support the carrying over of credits from one month to another.
6. CAN I GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT?
Yes, just send an email to [email protected]
7. WHAT HAPPENS TO MY FILES ONCE THEY'VE BEEN CONVERTED?
We only store your files while they're converted, we delete files directly afterwards.
8. HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M RUNNING LOW ON CREDITS?
We'll send an email to your registered account when your quota reaches 50%, 90% and when you've reached your quota.
9. WHERE ARE THE DOC CONVERSION API SERVERS?
Our public APP and API servers are based in the EU and hosted on Microsoft's Azure PaaS.
10. CAN YOU ADD SERVERS IN OTHER REGIONS?
Yes, if you are a large user or Enterprise Customer we'll be happy to discuss this with you. Just get in touch
11. DO YOU SHARE MY DETAILS / DATA
No, never. We store only the information needed to provide you with the service or a paid subscription. We do not share your information or data with any 3rd parties.
12. CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
If you're a good cause, a charity, a non-profit, educational institution, superhero, etc just get in touch and we'll sort something out for you.
13. I'D LIKE TO BUILD AN SDK OR AN INTEGRATION - IS THAT OK?
Of course, please let us know if you do, we'll send you a t-shirt, sticker, give you a special 'MVP' Doc Conversion API account as well as grace you with our eternal gratitude.
14. CAN I BUILD MY PRODUCT ON TOP OF YOUR SERVICE?
Absolutely, please do. If you plan any large or business critical integrations then please get in touch, we'd love to talk to you about your usage and offer our help however we can.
